Any left overs?
Well this title says it all! I have some "left overs" from being pregnant with our sweet little man Conner. I gained 30lbs with him during pregnancy. So far I have lost 20 of it and tired of looking at the left over 10! Not to mention I want to get rid of a little bit more so its time for some spring cleaning! I am doing a 14 day body detox and using "Quick Trim". After that its all natural weight loss, no diet pills or secrets just eating healthy and doing a daily work out. Matthew is losing his "left overs" by doing P90X and Bob Harper work outs (complements of me from Christmas). As for me ZUMBA, cardio (running), upper body and lower body work outs, maybe even some yoga. Well here is what I have been eating for those who want to lose weight and get rid of the left overs!
Breakfast:
Egg whites (Egg Beaters 1 cup)
Soy Milk (Almond Dark Chocolate)
Turkey Bacon (1 peice) don't make a pig of yourself! (meaning real TURKEY and NO PIGS)
Lunch:
Spring Mix Salad
Tuna (in water not oil)
Chicken breast one half
Snack:
Dark Chocolate Almonds
Pita Chips
Fruit
Yogurt
Dark Chocolate Dove
Dinner:
Chicken
Fresh and Organic Veggies (steamed)
Turkey burger tacos
Salmon
Flax seed spaghetti with organic tomato sauce (you can find this at a whole foods store or even a Publix)
This is a sample menu of what the Uhl's eat! I change it up as much as possible! If you try this let me know your results and how your husbands and kids like it. Remember NO RED MEATS!

Breastfeeding (My let down)
I am not sure if I shared this with you guys or not. But I breast feed Conner up until he was 2 months old and little man developed an allergy to my milk... Well I did everything I could to keep him nursing but unfortunatly it wasn't the plan for me... It broke my heart and till this day (3 months later) I am still sick about not being able to nurse my son. I hope in my heart I can have better luck with baby Uhl number 2 (when ever he or she is established) which by the way I have a few things to do before we start trying again for baby 2. Any ways, if you are a mother and are breastfeeding please seek help with your doctor and pediatrician. Unfortunately I didn't have that help. I did however have a wonderful Douala who stood by me through it all and made sure I did everything I needed to do for little man.
